Mi Casa presents cantina at The Big Chill Bristol from the 1st of March.
Kristjan and Alexis the team behind the successful and popular Mi Casa pop up, will begin a three month residency this Spring taking over the daily kitchen operation at the Big Chill Bar on Small Street, central Bristol.
Mi Casa chef Alexis will be drawing inspiration and experience from her North American roots to create a menu focused on the mighty US style sandwich. Alexis was born in Canada, but spent much of her time travelling through the East coast and Southern states of the US. Visiting family and friends this is where she discovered her love of the American deli/diner phenomenon.
