Radio 1’s Grooverider will be manning the decks spinning an exclusive Hip-Hop and Soul set that is The Doctor’s Orders bread and butter. While obviously best known for his years at the very top of the D&B tree with gigs around the world, his Radio 1 show and production credits with the likes of Cypress Hill, Stone Roses, Bjork & more, his start in the music industry was spinning Hip-Hop, Funk & Disco with his Global Rhythm sound-system and it is to these roots that he returns tonight.
As ever The Doctor’s Orders will be boasting sets by the cream of the capital’s Hip-Hop scene in the shape of Spin Doctor & Chris P Cuts. You can expect an exciting mix of brand new bangers, classic boom bap, original soul and beyond.
The Doctors Orders have been firm favourites at the Big Chill House having already thrown three great parties in the shape of The Wheel of Four Tunes, The Queens of Hip-Hop and most recently the incredible night with Philadelphia’s Rich Medina they return again with yet another great guest.
