EASTNOR 2004 OVERVIEW

The Big Chill is returning to Eastnor Deer Park in the Malvern Hills, Herefordshire. The dates have been confirmed for the weekend of 30th, 31st of July and 1st of August 2004. After studying the online questionnaire and forum, we have included many things that should increase Big Chillers enjoyment of the festival. In addition to the Big Chill experience of 2003, this is what you can expect next summer:
Thursday opening with many more food stall and bars available. A new area – the ‘Lakeside’ stage, plus a new MediaMix area including a Sanctuary Tent, Film Tent and Cabaret Tent.
A much larger and improved body and soul area. We’re also doubling the size of the children’s area with many more artists and workshops, as well as a100% increase in the number of toilets, more car parks – located nearer to camping grounds and greatly Increased camping space evenly distributed across the site.
We are adding an second 24 hour cafe running throughout the entertainment period, and increasing the number of better quality showers. There will be more, varied food and merchandise stalls and much quicker service at the bars.
There will also be an updated and improved ticketing system for Big Chill Shop users, plus a system of sending confirmation e-mails when tickets are dispatched containing special delivery number, easy traceable via Royal Mail. Oh, and on-site cycle routes too.
