‘Garlic, chilli, shallots and salmon fillets. Lightly fry the shallots adding a cup of good white wine half way through. Then sear the salmon at a very high heat for 2 minutes each side, drizzle with lime juice and serve.’

‘Being poked with a stick by by Fearne Cotton (or Dot Cotton or Fern Britton) whilst strapped to a giant revolving wheel.”

‘Talvin Singh turning up late last year and trying to get two thousand people to sit down on the wet grass. And FSOL doing a prog-rock set dressed as Jesus Christ Superstar at Ocean.’
