EVA ABRAHAM AND ALUCIDNATION LIVE AT CARGOEva Abraham, Alucidnation and Leggo Beast are all appearing in the Yard at Cargo this friday, as part of Lo-Fi Friday – a special weekly event in Cargo’s yard.

Lo Fi Friday Big Chill Recordings Special
Friday June 10th at Outside in the Cargo Yard
6pm-9pm
Free Entry Before 8pm, £6 After

Live: Eva Abraham + Alucidnation
1 Arm DJ: Leggo Beast

Strip it down and stick it outside – Lo Fi Fridays echoes summer strumming on the dusk of summer nights in London. Live accoustic sets wafting with the smoke of the BBQ projected on the mini stage in the outside yard of Cargo. Fresh art / graffiti on the walls. One hand man DJ sets. Full BBQ menu. Catch it whilst you can – it’s an English summer remember.

…and as if that’s not enough, inside Cargo… the Tru Thoughts and Zebra traffic residency at Cargo steps up to the plate this month with Alice Russell feat TM Juke to knock it out of the park. Filling the bases are Kinny & Horne and Robert Luis.

Joining the UK soul sensation Alice Russell is her seven piece band, performing tracks off her album ‘Under The Munka Moon’. TM Juke is the newest addition to Alice’s Line-up, who is working with her co-writing and producing her new album.

Kinny and Horne are Espen Horne from the Bobby Hughes Experience and Kinny, a classically trained Canadian singer who loves her soul and jazz. For one night only they come over from Norway to play their own style of funky downbeat jazz, and dropping new tunes from their ‘Forgetting To Remember’ album.

Robert Luis uses the intermission to get people moving with soul, jazz and all manner of funk laden riffs til the early morn.
