We will not be able to accept cheque orders after Friday 13th of July. Anything after this date will be returned to the sender, so if you want to pay for festival tickets by cheque, get a wiggle on!

Tickets are now on sale and you can order yours direct from BCHQ if paying by cheque.

Please include your name, delivery address, email address and phone number with your order.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order and a notification of despatch, so please don’t forget to include your email address! The Big Chill will not pass your email address on to any other organization.

Alternatively, you could pay by credit card online or by phone.

Cheque Orders – Prices

Adult tickets: £127.00 per ticket.

Adult ticket Gift Vouchers: £127.00 per ticket.

Car Parking: £5

Regular Live-in Vehicle tickets*: £42.00 per ticket.

Large Live-in Vehicle/Structure*:£82.00 per ticket

Child tickets : 13-15 year olds £62.00 per ticket (limited availability) 12′s and under go free.

Booking fees & Postage and packing
All ticket prices above are inclusive of a £2.00 booking fee, but not inclusive of postage.
All orders incur an additional £4.95 Royal Mail Special Delivery Charge.

Example prices (for cheque orders):
1 Adult ticket will cost £131.95
1 Adult and 1 Child ticket will cost £193.95
1 Adult ticket and 1 Regular Live-in Vehicle will cost £173.95
1 Adult ticket and 1 Large Live-in Vehicle will cost £213.95
2 Adult tickets will cost £258.95
2 Adults and 1 Child ticket will cost £320.95
2 Adults and 1 Regular Live-in Vehicle will cost £300.95
2 Adults and 1 Large Live-in Vehicle will cost £340.95

Please note:
If you are not sure what tickets apply to you, check the Ticket Definitions.
There are no day tickets – only weekend tickets are available.
Child tickets are very limited in number.

Disability Access at Eastnor Festival
Eastnor Castle Deer Park nestles on the slopes of the Malvern Hills in Worcestershire. It is an outdoor, countryside venue and presents the usual difficulties for wheelchair users on a weekend camping experience.

To ease this situation the Big Chill offer a complimentary ticket to those who will need a friend or carer to help with getting around during the weekend.

Facilities include:
Convenient camping & parking area
Charging points for electric wheelchairs
Loan scooters & wheelchairs
Refrigeration for medical supplies.
On site medical centre
Accessible lavatories & showers
Viewing platforms
