Tickets – Definitions

If you’re not sure what type of ticket you require, please read the following definitions.
Adults
Everyone over 18 years of age needs a valid adult ticket.
16 & 17 year olds need a full adult ticket and must be accompanied by a competent parent or guardian.
Children
13, 14 and 15 year olds must have a valid child ticket and be accompanied by a competent parent or guardian.
Younger children (12 and under) are allowed free entry, as long as they are with a ticket holding responsible guardian.
Parties with more than four under 18s to each adult will not be admitted.
Live-in vehicle
Live-in Vehicles are: caravans, trailer tents, tipis, buses, yurts, vehicles specifically adapted for sleep, vehicles used to pull trailers which all need to be positioned in the live in vehicle area.
Live-in vehicles are not "transit vans with a mattress in the back" or "4x4s with the seats folded down".
Large live in vehicle/structure
Tipis, buses/coaches, winnebagos, yurts and caravans that take up a large amount of floor space.
Regular live in vehicle /structure
Average-sized camper vans and trailor-tents. This would include the typical VW camper van both classic and modern and converted vehicles such as Mercedes Sprinters and ambulances etc which measure no more than seven metres in length.
Location
All Live-In vehicles and structures that need to be driven onto site will be directed to the Live-In vehicle area. You can attach an awning and erect one tent alongside your vehicle / structure.
Tents which do not need a vehicle to take them onto the festival site can be put in the other campsites.
Camping
The ticket price includes all entertainment and camping. There are different camping areas (including Quiet, Family and Accessible). The camping areas cannot be reserved and fill up on a first come first served basis.

Disability Access at Eastnor Festival
Eastnor Castle Deer Park nestles on the slopes of the Malvern Hills in Worcestershire. It is an outdoor, countryside venue and presents the usual difficulties for wheelchair users on a weekend camping experience.
To ease this situation the Big Chill offer a complimentary ticket to those who will need a friend or carer to help with getting around during the weekend.

Refrigeration for medical supplies.
On site medical centre
Accessible lavatories & showers
Viewing platforms
