Pete Lawrence returns to Radio 2

After the success of his August Bank Holiday special last summer, Pete Lawrence returned to the Radio 2 airwaves in the early hours of Easter Monday for the latest installment, which is now on listen again
Chris featured exclusive session tracks from The Lilac Time’s Stephen Duffy while Pete had live music from ex-Beautiful South vocalist, Dave Hemingway, as well as an interview with Jose Padilla.
Pete Lawrence says "Doing the Radio 2 show live was a definite year highlight for me and I’m looking forward to getting back into the studio. My producer Helen comes to the festival and is great to work with. She has been tirelessly campaigning for more chill shows for a couple of years now and it’s great to see that these slots are becoming regular fixtures in the schedule."
