Leave No Trace at Eastnor

If you are enthusiastic, out going and interested in the environment and would like to contribute towards the environmental sustainability of the Big Chill then come and join us as part of the Leave No Trace crew.
The Big Chill is committed to leaving the beautiful sites we use for our events as we found them and recycling as much of the waste we generate as possible. To do this we need enthusiastic and dedicated people to realise these goals.
All Litter Pickers will work 20 hrs over the weekend, 5 x 4hr shifts, these will range from Friday through to Monday.
Litter Picking is voluntary. All Litter Pickers will receive one meal ticket per shift, and volunteers travelling from outside a 20 mile radius of the site will receive £25 towards travel expenses, which will be given two weeks after the end of the festival along with the bond.
To work as part of the Leave No Trace crew this year you will need to send in a bond of £80, which will be refundable two weeks after the festival. Once your deposit has been received you have committed to work as part of the Leave No Trace crew at the Big Chill, Eastnor Castle, 2007.
Any refunds of bonds due to cancellation before July 6th 2007will be reimbursed two weeks after the festival, minus £15 administration. They cannot be paid any earlier than this date.
The bond is non-refundable if you do not fully complete all of your shifts or if you cancel within a month before the festival (after July 6th 2007).
To apply make sure you read the Job Description then download the Application Form and mail it back with your bond for £80.
Please apply early to avoid disappointment as places are filled very quickly. Over 18s only.
