What have you been up to, before this?
Getting Purple Radio up and running. We’ve had a fair bit of messing around to get where we are now but it’s been a lot of fun. Cheers to all at BCHQ for helping us to fund the PRS/PPL license and go legal.
What’s the music policy for your night?
All wheat, no chaff.
Who has played, or is going to play?
The launch party earlier this was month was a scream. We had forum regulars and all-round good eggs Piz, Vannie, Remote, DJ Pilchard, Myles & Andrea come down and spin. Super VJ Mach V provided the top notch visuals. It was the perfect way to celebrate the station going fully legit.
If money was no object, and you could book any line-up of DJs and bands living or dead, who would play?

High Concept: Don Simpson and the Hollywood Cultures of Excess. Man after my own heart.
What are you working on at present?
Sorting the schedule for Big Chill radio on Eastnor Thursday. It’s a Purple Radio takeover, so standby!
What would most like to achieve over the next five years?
Notoriety
Highlight of your life?
It’s my wife and kids, boring old fart that I am.
At a festival – tent, B&B, or hotel for you, and why?
Tent. Because it only cost £25 from my sister-in-law.
What was your Top Big Chill moment?
Scritti Politti and Wood Beez from last year. I was 15 again.
