Big Chill Skin Art
September 26th, 2007 by rui
The Big Chill logo pops up in all sorts of places; clothing, CD covers, AV screens at Eastnor, and now – thanks to Colin Munro from Liverpool – biceps. That’s because Colin has just got the world’s first Big Chill tattoo.
Colin says:
"This was my third year running Eastnor, and also the best so far for me – possibly because it was the first time me and my girlfriend Beverley went together. She’s a Glastonbury veteran but had never been to Eastnor. She loved every minute.
Beverly has a few tattoos and egged me on to get one done too. I wanted something relevant to us that was also cool and original. I saw the ‘Tree’ t-shirt and thought it would make a good design, so i tweaked it a little bit and emailed it to Simon at DNA tattoo in Newquay – who did a great job."
Colin’s skin art so impressed BCHQ that we have given him a pair of tickets to The Big Chill festival 2008, so next summer look out for Biggest Chillest bicep in the deer park.
