Rob Rouse – Biography
With his super-charged brand of humour, and cheeky banter, Rob has cemented his reputation as one of the countries hottest young comedians. His first big break came when he won the’ So You Think You’re Funny’ competition in 1998 (placing him in the company of Peter Kay, Dylan Moran, Tommy Tiernan, Phil Kay and Lee Mack). Since then, he’s become a regular on both the London, and national comedy circuit. He’s made numerous appearences at the Edinburgh festival, proving himself a hit with punters and critics alike.
He’s also become a regular on television, having presented the first series of Channel 4′s’The Friday Night Project’, and in the sitcom ‘Spoons’, as well as appearing in ‘Grown Ups’, and Sean Locke’s excellent ’15 Storeys High’ for BBC3.
