This year, Body and Soul is moving to a new home, and it’s more than appropriately in the Enchanted Garden.
As has been the case for the last few years, half way up the hill you’ll find a place of calm in a world of creativity. Our Angel Temple will inspire both inner and outer peace, and celebrate each of the five elements. Join in the opening ceremony at 7pm on Thursday.
Over the weekend, we’ll have pottery and laughter workshops, body percussion, pilates and yoga, (poetry and circus workshops*), Journeys in Sound, an Eco-spa, sushi, sauna, and of course, a few other surprises.
All this, and (of course!) our traditionally vast range of massage therapies - now pre-bookable so you can avoid the rush and on-site disappointment.
(And if you don’t manage to come to us, look out around the whole festival site for our roaming therapists and their gorgeous umbrellas, bringing short, convenient massage to you and your weary backs).
