Robin Hexstatic – Biography
One half of AV pioneers, Robin from Hexstatic is also a renowned DJ and regular contributor to the Solid Steel radio show and is held to be the tightest mixer in the crew because of the way he never seems to crash his beats. Robin produced the renowned Listen and Learn mix CD for the Solid Steel series, the Pick ‘n’ Mix CD for Sanctuary, and has DJ’d and produced music over the years as both Hexstatic and Rare Force. Unashamedly populist and perhaps more dance led than some of his Ninja buddies there’s the same levels of pure love that characterise the Solid Steel acolyte’s unhealthy obsession with music but with not a whiff of anorak.
