Mr Scruff - Name That Tuna!
September 22nd, 2008 by sparky
Head over to www.ninjatuna.com to play Mr Scruff’s ‘Design a Tuna’ game and you might just win tickets for yourself and a friend to see Mr Scruff at one of his Ninja Tuna gigs, as well as a signed copy of his brand new Ninja Tuna CD and some very special Scruff goodies.
If you want to see what your up against, you can check out the competition by visiting the Ninja Tuna gallery.
Good luck!

You’ve ate the tinned stuff and found it edible with mayo. You’ve had a seared steak and smacked your lips. You’ve dipped the raw bits in wasabi and nodded appreciatively. Now it’s time to liberate your inner fish with Mr Scruff’s new long-player ‘Ninja Tuna’ (a big fish that can sneak past armed guards dressed in black p.j.s before unleashing a deadly attack using only the tops the of the tin cans which were meant to entomb him), which is out now!
The Eric Morecambe of contemporary dance music (by which we mean he’s a genius, not that he wears glasses) has returned to the fray with his first studio album since the scrumptious ‘Trouser Jazz’ and he’s sounding in finer fettle than ever.
Long renowned for his blitz spirit, all-night DJ sets (a kind of one man campaign to get all other record spinners their P45s), Mr Scruff is hitting the road hard over the next couple of months, with a nineteen date tour to celebrate the release of his new album. Anyone attending can expect lashings of material from Scruff’s new album mixed into a beautiful, ultra-danceable melange of jazz, funk, soul, disco, house, hip hop, whatever. Oh, and a stall selling tea. You will never have had such fun at a loosely fish-themed evening.
Dance, lean, get ultra-marine. Crustaceans welcome.

Mr Scruff, is top dollar when it comes to crisp production of intellectually challenging musical journeys into the depths of this fine yet rather silly man ;o)
