To buy Big Chill residents’ tickets at the discounted price, you must first enter your postcode. Only valid postcodes matching those given to us by the relevant councils will be accepted by the booking system. If your postcode is not recognised, it’s because you live outside of the area of eligibility. Valid postcodes are those beginning GL18, GL19, HR1, HR4, HR6, HR8, HR9, WR1, WR6, WR13 and WR14.
If your postcode is accepted you will be able to book a 1 ticket per person. Each ticket holder must have an eligible postcode and corresponding identification.
In the booking system, your postcode must also match your delivery address – if it does not your booking will be refunded. Tickets will only be sent to the address with the valid postcode specified. You cannot change the address details once you have booked residents tickets.
Tickets will be printed with the name and postcode of the customer. In order to use your residents’ ticket you must bring the ticket and a form of photo ID (passport, driving licence etc) and a form of postal address ID (utility bill, bank statement etc) to the festival wristband exchange. Your photo and address ID must match the name and postcode printed on the ticket. The postal address ID must have be dated within 2 months of the festival.
If you are a resident with a valid postcode please do not purchase tickets for non-residents – if you do, the tickets will be invalid and we will be unable to offer a refund.
If you move house between booking your tickets and receiving your tickets:
If you move to another address within the valid postcode area, you must send us proof of your old & new postal address (utility bill, bank statement etc) and we will arrange for your details to be amended on your ticket.
If you move to an address outside the valid postcode area, we’re sorry but you are no longer eligible for Big Chill residents’ tickets and your booking will be cancelled and refunded.
