Christmas at The Big Chill Bar

bcbr_xmas_188Come to the Big Chill Bar this Christmas for some seasonal office shenanigans and lively get-togethers. Great food, good times and good company. We are pulling out the stops this year to make the Big Chill the perfect place to enjoy a bit of festive warmth and merriment. We won’t charge you for service but we certainly will provide it!

Want a party but without the food? Then you can still hire the Study and the Bar for free!

£12.50 Finger Food menu

  • Glass of Prosecco
  • Chargrilled rosemary and thyme marinated turkey brochettes with jalapeño cranberry relish
  • Mini chicken burritos – soft flour tortillas filled with shredded chicken, pinto beans, guacamole and Monterey Jack cheese
  • Calamares – squid strips served with alioli (garlic mayonnaise)
  • Grilled herb marinated halloumi skewers (v)
  • Grilled merguez sausages rubbed with harissa and honey sauce
  • Grilled flatbread with houmous, tzatziki and aubergine & goats cheese dip (v)
  • Organic potato wedges with ketchup and mayonnaise (v)

£19.50 Buffet menu

  • Glass of Prosecco
  • Chargrilled rosemary and thyme marinated turkey brochettes with jalapeño cranberry relish
  • Chargrilled skewers of king prawn and scallop wrapped in bacon with garlic butter
  • Roast beef served on mini Yorkshire pudding with hot pepper sauce
  • Mini burritos with shredded pork, pinto beans, Monterey Jack and guacamole
  • Empanaditas – puff pastry stuffed with braised beef, chilli, olives and coriander
  • Calamares – squid strips served with alioli (garlic mayonnaise)
  • Patatas Bravas – fried diced potato with spicy tomato sauce (vv)
  • Cypriot salad of grilled halloumi, romaine lettuce and grapes with thyme and dill dressing
  • Chilli marinated olives – kalamata, green mammoth and black jumbo (vv)

Dessert

  • Churros con dulce de leche – crisp fried dough strips served with caramel sauce

(v) vegetarian (vv) vegan.

All our fresh meat and eggs are free range, and sourced within the British Isles. All our fish and seafood are from sustainable sources. Our fruit and vegetables are seasonal and the majority are sourced, wherever possible, from Europe. None of our products are ever air-freighted. All our tea and coffee is Fair-Trade.
