Big Chill Festival Competition!
July 5th, 2011 by AbbyAs we head for high summer the countdown begins for this year’s Big Chill Festival from the 4th – 7th of August, this year featuring headliners Kanye West, Rodrigo y Gabriela and The Chemical Brothers plus much, much more. Here in Bristol we’re especially looking forward to Janelle Monae, Warpaint and Ghostpoet!
Don’t forget that we are selling tickets in the bar with only a £3 booking fee.
Adding to to this of course we will be sending the winners of our Big Chill 2011 competition who will perform on the brand new Big Chill Radio stage !
Every Thursday bands and DJ’s have been battling it out to win a place in the final and a chance to play the Festival, the standard so far has been very high and the judges are set to have a hard decision to make on Thursday July 14th and 21st when the Finals take place…

The best acts from the last 6 weeks of heats come together for the grand final in front of a panel of judges including several of the UK festival scene’s chief bookers. The standard has been high so expect some great live acts and DJs all playing to the top of their game.
