Our postage prices are based on Royal Mail (UK) First Class Delivery rates. When you checkout with your order the weight of the goods is calculated and charged at these rates.
The turnaround of goods sent using Royal Mail First Class is normally less than 48 hours and Royal Mail guarantee delivery within 3 working days. Orders will generally be despatched within 14 days of receipt. Note: Festival tickets are a special item and are sent out separately as per the details on the ticketing page.

Returns
If your products are damaged in the post we will happily replace them without any hassle. If your goods are defective, we will replace them without any problems. Please note that in both of the above cases the products must be returned to us, as received, complete with their original packaging within 28 days.Tickets, however, are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
