Calling All Producers!
CDR is an event run by burntprogress that provides a platform for electronically savvy music producers, artists, and music fans to hear and share new idea, beats, mashups and remixes with likeminded people in venues with great soundsystems. There's a regular CDR:Special at The Big Chill House, as well as monthly CDR sessions at Plastic People in Shoreditch.
And now CDR is coming to Eastnor.
burntprogress’ Tony Nwachukwu and Gavin Alexander will be running a three hour CDR session in the Club Tent on Saturday, dropping nuggets from the CDR archive, as well as Big Chiller's tunes.
Are you a producer/remixer/mash-up master? Then get involved! Get your tracks to burntprogress by email or using the CDR postbox at Eastnor (details below) for a chance to hear the fruits of your studio labours on the Club Tent's super-heavy soundsystem. There are no style or genre restrictions - from dancefloor destroyers to horizontal ambient with everything in between - CDR is the place for it to be heard. Loud.
And if you're a fan of box-fresh, unreleased new music, get to the Club Tent at Eastnor on Saturday afternoon.
