Get Involved!
You can get involved with The Big Chill festival as a DJ, artist, therapist, trader or volunteer steward. And if you have got a dream for how to use some space at a festival, we can help make that dream come true!DJs
At the monthly Open Dex heats, non-professional DJs battle it out for a slot at The Big Chill Bar. In July, the winners of each heat come together for the final to compete for a coveted slot at Eastnor.

Bands
Music submissions have now closed and the programmers are working through hundreds of submissions. If you have not already sent a band demo, sorry, it's too late now. If you have sent a band demo, the programmers will be in touch if they are interested in booking your act.
Artists
The Big Chill has teamed up with Arts Hub to offer an artist the chance to be part of the Art Trail at this year's festival. The competition - open to anyone regardless of experience, age or nationality - is called Your Art @ The Big Chill.
Anyone with an idea for a great arts project can enter. There are no restrictions on experience, nationality or age - this is an open competition. You do, however, need to be an Arts Hub member (if you’re not already this is the easy part. It’s free. Just sign up at artshub.co.uk).

Chillers' Spaces
Remember the Snail Races, The Big Hug, Croquet, Blind Sheepdog Trials? Do you have a wacky, bizarre or different idea for using space at Eastnor? If you do, let us know.
Almost anything is considered, although Chillers' Spaces cannot be music led, or contain a bar. We need to know how many people will be involved with the idea, why you want to do it, why Big Chillers would like it, and how much space you would require. We can provide production assistance.

Sports Day Sunday
China hosts the Olympics this year, but The Big Chill hosts Sports Day Sunday. If you have a suggestion for a 'sporting' event to include in the Sports Day programme, please email it to sportsday@bigchill.net.
Therapists
Body & Soul is The Big Chill's very own spa - a calm, healing space with a range of treatments and therapies for inspiration and recuperation.

Traders
Applications for stalls at The Big Chill festival have now closed. If you have any enquiries relating to stalls at this year's festival, please contact stalls@bigchill.net or telephone 020 7685 0533 (Mondays & Fridays only please)
Leave No Trace team
Be a part of the recycling crew this year, jobs include litter-picking, sorting recyclables and emptying bins. Must be physically fit and over 18. Visit http://www.eventrecycling.co.uk for application forms.
Volunteer Stewards
