Exceeda is an audiovisual collective consisting of creative professionals, headed by Xavier Perkins. Among them there are directors, editors, audio engineers, 3D gfx artists, designers, combustion and after fx compositors.
Set up with the idea of experimenting and exploring further into the world of everything audiovisual, Exceeda aim’s to elevate the innovation and standards for the AV world. Starting out in the early rave scene VJ’ing animations with stock footage loop tapes, then taking to the club scene working in venues from The End [residency for 1year] and Fabric,Ministry,Gatecrasher to music festivals such as Glastonbury, Roskilder, Big Chill and Cimatics. A full album length video combining early 3D graphics, live action alongside plenty of UFO’s was also released for techno band Eat Static in 1993.
Through the creative use of software, hardware and perfection of DJ-VJ techniques, Exceeda progressed to develop a multi-screen live show blending found footage, original graphics, animations, and synchronised beats, performing at numerous festivals, events and clubs worldwide.

WHAT DOES EXCEEDA DO?
Operational since 1995 Exceeda continue to push the boundaries in audiovisual production and live events. Working with a large array of talented artists they thrive on new projects and challenges. Exceeda looks to keep one step ahead maintaining constant interest in their work. From winning awards (Promax x 9, LA film festival, Diesel U-Music VJ category ) to working on large scale music festivals around the world Exceeda have also directed, edited and supplied graphics for adverts, music videos, idents and television trailers.
