My First Four Seasons is a musical show based on Vivaldi´s Four Seasons. Using a wide range of characters, it is a light-hearted, humorous exploration of the different natural and human events which occur during each season of the year. The show is a playful game between performers and audience, and a concert in which audiences of both adults and children can laugh, learn, and discover.
The ensemble is comprised of a string quartet (violin, viola, cello, theorbe and/or lute) with Ara Malikian as the soloist, who also performs some of the show’s colourful characters. Signed to Warner records Ara is one of the most brilliant and expressive violinists of his generation.
